Cindy Crowe Consulting represents an award winning Aboriginal consulting firm with its headquarters based in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Cindy Crowe’s expertise, skills and experience as an Aboriginal consultant is focused on community engagement, community development and cultural awareness.
Cindy Crowe has worked extensively with First Nation communities across Ontario (inclusive of the remote fly-in communities) and therefore has intimate knowledge and working relationships with Ontario’s First Nation communities.
Cindy is a community member of the Robinson-Superior Treaty Area (Lake Helen First Nation) and an Applied Sciences Technologist carrying more than twenty-five years of experience working directly with First Nation and Métis communities and organizations across Ontario. Cindy uses her contacts with the people in the province to liaise between government, industry, business, proponents and Aboriginal communities on various projects.
Cindy Crowe was honoured as an “Exceptional Woman” at Beendigen’s 3rd Annual Recognition Dinner celebrating First Nations Women’s Day in 2011 and received the "Business of the Year Award 2010" from PARO Centre for Women's Enterprise (selected through her peers).
Cindy Crowe recently received a Comprehensive Sustainability Reporting Certificate through Global Reporting Initiative as well as being certified as a Progressive Aboriginal Relations Verifier through the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business. Both of these certificates have been added to her expertise tool belt.
Cindy continues to use the gifts provided to her from the Creator to further the healing and growth of the Anishinabek. Cindy is able to bring high energy to the project with an Aboriginal perspective.
